Are you planning to increase storage limit? 750gb for premium users is way to small? I would like to change filehost on my site with this one, but problem is that i upload around 200gb daily...

EDiT: Banner on your site says that the one month of premium is 7,99 and when you go on premium page there is 8.99eu price...

Filemates increases the size of disk storage for premium users but by request. But I don't know if the increasing is limited or unlimited .

For that banner I think it shouldn't be appeared for the new users because actually it's the price of extending the premium account for 1 month by the money the user made through his sales :

Please Filemates hurry up with applying PosOnline again, and the other new payment methods you promised us about. iKoruna killed my sales ! :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

yes... everything works... the problem is that users do not trust very much i-koruna... that's why sales have dicreased.

THOUGH PosOnline is a matter of time to open again and in less than a week I think we will have additional payment options as well ;)
 
srv32 works now but the download is slower than usual almost in all servers !

The download speed came back to its normal situation now.

As time goes by it looks more and more like PosOnline is not going to return in a timely fashion - if it returns at all. I wish it would - but given the state of the Italian economy and the Italian banking system the outlook is bleak. I hope I'm wrong. Not for myself so much - but for all the other good people here in Mates' forum. And also for Mates himself - he seems like a rather decent chap.

That having been said, it looks like iKoruna is what we've got - at least we have something. So what do we do to make iKoruna better and more effective ?

Well, just as we make suggestions here about issues and changes within Filemates - surely iKoruna needs to hear from Mates about the issues and changes we've experienced and encountered using their product.

Looking at the iKoruna page:

1. Premium account (8.99EUR ~ 233,74CZK) should be changed to "FileMates Premium account".

2. (8.99EUR ~ 233,74CZK) should be in either Euros or US Dollars - not in CZK .

3. Delete "Commission"

4. Change "Amount to Pay" to either Euros or US Dollars - delete any and all references to CZK.

Make these changes and I firmly believe they will make some sort of positive difference.

I previously mentioned that any reformatted iKoruna page "should be in either Euros or US Dollars" - with the deletion of any mention of CZK.

Actually, the iKoruna page would even be better if both Euros & US Dollars were indicated - along with the deletion of CZK

Most of us are aware of the exchange rate - but many of our users may not be - and this would make things somewhat easier for them.
 
Banned from FileMates without any reason

Hi, I don't know if I'm posting this on the right place, therefore, my antecipated apologies.

I created a Premium FilesMates account on 12th this month, and have been using it since. Yesterday I left my laptop downloading some content (PS3 games) from the internet while I was out, when I arrived home I noticed that the downloads didn't complete because they had an error mark on JDownloader. I found that very weird so I tried to log in on my FilesMates account, but I get this message: "Your account was banned by administrator", what the hell is this???? I paid to use they're services for 30 days, and after 1 day of usage I get my account banned without even an email from them explaining why??? I got banned for no reason at all?!

Here is the email they sent with the payment notification:

"Your payment processed successfully.


Login: BrunoNRG
Password: ********


Payment received: $8.99
Added Premium days: 30
Premium account expiration date: 2012-11-11 15:39:07"


I know there's a 40gb per day download limit, wich I think I didn't consume, but even if I did they shouldn't ban my account, just prevent me from downloading until another 24h have passed, but this is just my humble opinion....

I think that if my account doesn't gets reactivated they should refund me.

Please help, thanks in advance
