The new payment gateway wont change anything...

Its worse and worse everyday that goes by... in the beggining of ikoruna it was worse but it was still counting great..

Look at the statistics now... something has to be wrong...

Also, some users are reporting dificulties paying using ikoruna:

"The operation failed. Service GlobalPayments return code/status of operation: null. About this event contact technical support of service GlobalPayments: 0"

And ucash doesnt help either :(

Added after 3 Hours 53 minutes:

News:

1) i-Koruna could not process payments outside europe and that's why you got your sales down last days... they said it shoudl be fixed in around a week...
2) also PosOnline is already testing their new 3D secure payment platform and should be live in 1-2 weeks as they officialy write
3) and lastly it is a matter of few days to add a new payment processor that should increase sales incredibly!

I hope you have patience... We work hard and do the best possible to resolve the soonest possible.

I know time is money for you and i undesrstand if you decide to change host but reliability is also a thing you should consider in your evaluation and i hope you keep supporting filemates...

I will keep support you mate, you have been flawless untill now, but i cant wait more than 2 weeks if this keeps going because normal costumers will just lose interest in visiting my links since they cant even buy a premium account.

Hope you get some answers soon from them.

PaymentWall is for alternative payment methods ONLY. No credit card... This is what EVERY competitor has... Nobody has credit card support with paymentwall ;)

About credit card we have i-koruna that should reolve its problems outside europe soon and posonline that will come back in 1-2 weeks

also for CC support we are in contact with few providers to put more alternatives ;)

This is what you asked and you have it... I hope everything gets better now with all these options...

Hello Filmates. it works with me... Actually my sales usually are low ( because I work with local files not global ), but after you added ( Payment wall ) two days ago my sales became better than the period of using iKoruna alone.

I wish activating POSOnline will be very soon.

as told 1-2 days ago posonline needs 1-2 weeks...
i-koruna outside europe should be ready also in less than a week...

payment wall is there working with additional methods (each country has different methods according to what users mostly use and is permitted in their country)

today we should put even one more CC way to let people pay ;)

and next weeks maybe 1-2 more contracts with other processors... i think filemates will be much stronger when all this is done... we are working hard and many processors have now accepted us and will accept us even more ;)

i know when sales go down it seems like in 4 days passes a whole month because we are anxious... but if we see it better we will see the real time "lost"

any filehosts that allow purchasing premium through prepaid mobile via SMS, directly deducting money from prepaid mobile balance????????????
