We don't have fsc and wu as an option for reasons explained multiple times throughout the thread. They were available before.

The payment table is available to view in the make money page when you select PPD you can view the details there. Only complete downloads count.

Everyone - If you are having problems with your plan not changing PM me and I will have it looked into. Payments are approved today and paid tomorrow for those who still seem a bit confused with the matter. RU/FTP slow? weekends are very busy so you can't expect the same performance on a Saturday that you get on a Tuesday. We are adding servers continuously to improve speeds and performance as much as we can for all our users.

No it doesn't, our servers are blocked there is absolutely no point adding them as you cannot send files to/from.

mikevet1984 / theme4you - Your plan will come into effect tomorrow (15th). There were some plan changing issues which had to be resolved that I have just been informed about.

Whats wrong with the RU? For the last 2 days RU either fails or its so slow that even a 60Mb file takes hours to upload, I am uploading from fileserve. Any solution for that?

It will be looked at, I can't promise changes instantly. The removal of DMCA/Failed uploads etc is being worked on. Your file manager requests will be looked into and if possible they will be implemented.

ok thks greg:sun: FM needs only file location to be added in a new column when searching (technically will be possible to add a bit). as for clear failed ul's will be nice to have it soon. thks g.for support
 
I have changed my plan several times to PPS because the promotion

but it wont allow me, it always keeps me to the PPD plan and tells me to wait for another 7 days

The promotion was for users who changed to PPS before the 31st of October, any changes after this meant that the user would just be on the normal PPS rates. We had a problem with the plan changes and anyone who has changed plans recently may have not been correctly moved yet. This will be dealt with tomorrow (15th).

Ok, I have checked again and the RU from fileserve is still giving me same problems, for a short time it started working a bit better, but now again same problem, I have only one one file right now in queue and its just a 160MB file but its processing for the last 15 minutes and still not finished.

Can you please do something about this?
 
Hello Greg!

One question please....

Is there anz problem with the statistics.

Although I have downloads to some of mz uploaded files days now my earnings have stuck to 0,08 USD.

Is that normal? Why dont the downloads of my files get calculated in the statistics?
