Change Payment Method Success

A confirmation email has been sent to ....@yahoo.com.Please check your email to confirm your new settings.
I do not receive verification email:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Please add webmaster@filejungle.com and verification@filejungle.com to your whitelist, check your spam/junk inbox's also. Yahoo seems to be very slow at receiving our emails so it may take some time. Gmail/mail.ru are pretty much instant I think and hotmail is hit and miss.

hi filejunglegreg
you pay with alertpay ?

We do yes.

I think the download/sale count system should be similar with Wupload/Filesonic (show each file, detailed prices for each file, country download for each file). Don't be the same with Fileserve/Uploadstation. Support get link with IDM for free user like Fileserve can make Filejungle become more popular and convenience

I'll pass on your suggestions and hopefully some if not all can be implemented into our design.

For those using https:// for RU, please just paste the link into notepad and change it to http:// this will then allow the links to work. We will look into a more permanent solution soon.

People who have been asking for usernames/passwords to be saved in the remote uploads area, this is being looked into now so you may see changes soon.

LeeAndro - I am looking into the problem in regards to webmoney not getting added correctly. For emails please try follow my previous post I have put below for you

Ok I'll try get this resolved. What email provider are you using btw? When I do anything which sends an email out I receive it instantly. With gmail and mail.ru.

jav4u - Speed is not good from where? How are you uploading? The statements pretty vague doesn't give me much room to try to help you. Is Japan in group A with any file host? We won't be moving countries just yet so you will have to be patient.

Greg

The issues in regards to the file limit not updating when users changed it have been fixed. Once changed this will now work correctly.

Any users who previously were not receiving emails when they changed their payment method should now receive them without a problem. These were two bugs we were aware of and hopefully they should be working perfectly now.

jav4u - Have you tried other sources? Other users have experienced good speeds so to state that speeds are bad is a bit off. I am sure some locations don't give the desired speed but not everywhere will be fast 24/7. Try some other sources and see how things go.

Also as I have said many many times the movement of countries will not happen for now so be patient.

I know They will work with (http://) but the problem is not that working or not working, the problem is that Rapidshare block premium account when they notice different IPS using it in the same time, That means I can not use RU from RS while I am using it from my side and I can not use it from my side while I am RU from RS to FJ, and I am not sure that will not happen because I am with home network also my brothers using RS to download files. but with (https:// support) this issue will not happen. I hope I am clear now about the whole issue and why I am asking to support https:// and a lot of file hosts support that.

Hey greg, i really wish you can improve this things:

1- iam not able to delete the files in the ( Fail Upload ) section,
2- when i remote upload anyfile i dont see if its working or processing or anything i had to go to the FIlemanger and check if it did fail or no, and if it is working i totaly have no idea how much left or even a small loading bar or any thing,

1 - We are adding either a delete failed files option or we will automatically clear failed downloads everyday, one of the two will be implemented shortly.

2 - We will be adding a % bar / speed bar so you can see the status of your remote uploads. I can't say exactly when this will be added but it should be shortly. Hope this helps.
