avro - To check your current plan go to 'dashboard' whilst logged in. On the top right you can see 'account payable' below this your current plan is stated. An example would be 'pay per sale - fixed' this is how you locate your current plan. To change your plan, go to the make money option at the top of the page, then 'how to make money' or just directly go to the affiliates.php page. Here you can see the different plans available to you. Click on a plan, say 'pay per download' then select 'change to pay per download'. This will change your plan, remember there is a 7 day quarantine period when it comes to changing plans, so your new plan may not come into affect instantly. You can see when your new plan will begin by checking the top of the page.
 
daikin013 - We will be looking into this shortly, multiple people have asked for this as well as changes with other countries. We are not ignoring your requests, things just take time and we will be analyzing this in the near future. Thanks for your patience. :)

wanted20 - What stats problem? Are you referring to the stats not updating instantly? We know about this and it will be looked into shortly, the stats work do they not? Sorry they are not as fast as you would like but please bare with us.

Payments will be processed today. So you only need that little bit of extra patience and you will be rewarded :)
 
tuyo - Please read my previous 2 posts regarding the premium giveaways. Check out page 1 of the thread under 'NOTICE' to see what you need in order to get a free premium account. There is no giveaway of a 'lifetime' premium account.

Thanks! We have been working very hard to improve speeds in every area of our service.

ryand - Yes this will be added shortly, hopefully it won't take too long. The delete function will either be added for you guys to manually delete, or we will wipe it ourselves automatically everyday. One way or the other the issue will be resolved. :)

Everyone - If you could all have a look at the latest 'NEWS' post at filejungle.com that's located on your dashboard page, I am sure some of you will be very pleased by the information given :)

but i didn't recieved my money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :facepalm:
