Is this your new Logo? Honestly, hire some freelancer at studio.envato.com for e.g or similar. But this looks like my little daughter created her first MS Paint project. :D

Actually, a lot of sales it's not bad. Cheap sales are more popular, it's natural. But reseller sales and refunds depend on many reasons. You can contact webmasters support directly for details, check your PM.

Logo does not make a lot of sense. Even Google logo can be made by my future baby right now.

Logo does not make a Brand. A brand makes Logo.

Just clearing the this that i meant your logo has no issue & Google is number one site but their logo is not the best looking. Logo is just a sign, nothing else.

When your site will be big & popular, no one will care your logo. Even a worst logo will be respected by a lot of peoples then.
