i find tusfiles.com but its premium membership for 15$ monthly .
is there is another filehost allow this for free or less costs ?

Wherever there is nothing cheap about direct links. And there's certainly nothing free about direct links.

is the same as having to hotlink

you are an uploader with little imagination and extreme poverty
You don't even have to pay 15 dollars a month hahaha
