filehosting without ads that ignores DMCA?

I am interested in a filehosting service that ignores DMCAs and has no ads. It must have good network and good download speeds for my visitors. I don't mind paying a monthly fee for this service. Post here your suggestions.

It depends on your content. No one can ignore all DMCAs. You can try to find some service with servers in some exotic countries, but speed in this case will be close to 0...

Only because they block USA traffic and hunt antipirate bot ip. French movie still get DMCA.
Uptobox is do the same.
