Filegag,if you want to be successful it's not hard.Just do these simple things & you will have people flocking to use your service.

1) keep your promises.If you say you are going to do something,do it.
2) make payments to your affiliates,not excuses.
3)keep everything running the way it's supposed to.No 50kb/s download speeds when you've promised faster.Make sure uploads work properly so we don't spend half our time reupping everything.

That's it.It's that simple.Do that and you'll be successful.
