I tried to contact him and take the rip off, but he doesn't seem to comply. I'm going to file a DMCA against him asap.

Anyways, On topic:
The coded version can be made available for green and maroon aswel., not an issue.

We do not recommend to use them too. Heard too many bad reviews. Better find some freelancer which will create unique template exclusively for you.
