I am a new member here but I am the Lead Admin for TopBoard & Dolls. FileCyber approached me & wanted to be on the White list of these 2 boards so after a small negotiation I allowed, it. I asked them if they were willing to give my Mods something in return. All File Hosts do. so they agreed to give a "Free Life Time Membership"

One of my Super Mods tried them out and uploaded a few files to them. After a few days he was contacted on Skype & asked why he wasn't posting more. They said we are giving you a free membership & expect you to post more. He told them he has a real job and can't post more than he does. They erased his files without anymore warning

I sent them an email and they told me that's just what happened. My Mods have free memberships at K2S and others and nothing like this has every happened. I removed & banned them from my boards

We answered:
- We give him 3 months premium for free ( of course nothing require because he is S-MOD )
- But after a month, he just upload nearly 10 files, I asked him "We see you still not work, any problem ? We don't get any sale from you, what problem ?" and he answered "sorry for late answer, because I have a lot of duties on my regular job, I dont have enough time to work on upload, so thats a reason."
- So you say that "questioned him why he didn't post more on this host", I don't ask this question.
=> I respected you and your staff, why your staff not respect me, why he does not tell me when he comeback? When he "really" work with me? We ready offer premium for him. So what we get return ?
=> From start we work together base on "trust" and "ready", he does not work anything in 1 month, so how we can support him and you?
=> If you was me, how you can solve this problem or how do you feel or how do you think about "respect" word ?

When you asked me to add you I asked you to give my Mods a free Membership. That's it a free membership, it doesn't matter how many times they upload to you.

They have memberships at Keep2Share, Fboom and others and none of those hosts have every asked them to upload

I am removing you from my boards & I will tell the other owners of other boards what you require when you give out memberships

We don't require uploaders must be upload everyday, anytime.
- Your S-MOD upload his only 10 files from a day we give him free premium, and after a month, he does not do anything. This is a month, not a day.
- You must explain how is your definitely "free membership" word. That's mean we give you free premium, and then you don't give me anything in a month ? You're also a big admin, why you don't understand this feelings ?
- You removed me, we accept that, but we want everything must be clear, we're not amateur. We're here for long term business.

We're new, of course how we can work like K2S, FB, we must do different ways.
We won't let everyone know where you come from with forum because we respect you even you used threaten words.
We explain very clearly and polite just to make you know understand how to make a business and maintain it.

You gave free memberships to my Mods & you didn't tell me they had to upload x amount of files to you. I put you on the White List with your word and then he told me you erased his files because he didn't post enough on your company. Not the correct way to promote your host

Dear,

We never "compulsory" our affiliates "upload x amount of files" a day. As we explained, first day he send us message to join us, we ready give him free out 3 months premium ( wihout any require, suggest anything, you can ask him about this ). Then he upload nearly 10 files, after a month, he does not do anything more, no one download his files, no sales, no share files with that nearly 10 files and even he does not login his account in this time, we also ask him does he has any problem that we can help him out, he answered he busy and does not give us good explain to comeback with us.

We always polite to explain clearly, you just use a threaten words, "give you 24 hours, understand me?", you care about your staff, we also care about our balance system. You remove us, we ready to face with it with good attitude because this is business world.

Why because I stood up for my Mod. I would do it for all of them. This has never ever happened that a host would do this.

you can do all for them but you must understand one of them in this story not a good side
