how to get a premium account without paypal ???

hi,

i tried to get a premium account but it wasn't successfull.

First i've got no paypal account and i don't want to activate such an account.
Second, i tried to pay by visa on alertpay.com - but since more than 2 weeks they told me that due to technical problems a payment by visa/master isn't possible.

maybe you can give me a hint how to get a premium account ?? maybe with another reseller ???
