Just Germany does not mean it is Abuse ignored. Please research about this first. Do you have any Contabo terms which is showing it will ignore DMCA?

Still, it does not prove whether they are DMCA ignored or not. It should not stay as a secret news as well.

On this web hosting market, Contabo is also not known for a DMCA ignored provider either. That is why it is not proved yet.
