It's a paid mod and as your asking for a free copy of something that you have to pay for that's classified as warez which isn't allowed.
It's the same thing as asking for a nulled copy of vBulletin or a copy of Jayfellas Autoposter.
You can contact the mod creator who is a member here and purchase it.

And I'm saying it's againt the rules to request something you have to pay for on this site. You can request free mods but not paid ones. Same thing for skins. You can't post links to paid
The fact that the creator is a member just makes this matter worse.
