I dont think there's any filehost that counts incomplete downloads even if there's one, I would highly be suspicious of that filehost.

if they counted that, imagine all the spam... I mean... set up a bot to use TOR as a proxy, there are 2500 (roughly) tor exit-nodes... so... you could potentially run and get 2500 incomplete downloads a day. that on some hosts could be up to $100... No host will count incomplete downloads due to this

turbobit.net and filemac.com pays for incomplete downloads.
I haven't tried filemac and remember that turbobit has disabled the option of file downloading for users from the United States.

Total lie brother, I can easily earn a lot.

Just try to do some incomplete downloads of your own and see if they are tracked or not.

Like upload a file yourself and then download a little and stop it from another ip and then see if the download was counted or not.

Are you a martyr? Looking to get screwed so you can make a "so-and-so R scammd me fur $13" thread?

If so, check the xfilesharing site hosts. Most won't spend the money for the nginx mod to buy the 100% complete download mod.

Otherwise, use your head. Those are pointless to pay for. Money doesn't grow on trees.

To be perfectly honest, I'm surprised any file host can afford to pay out the way they are advertised. The model simply doesnt work for the small players.

And this incomplete download count... that's just a file host waiting to be scammed.

some hosts might pay you if at least 5mb of the file is downloaded
some others pay for really low percentage downloaded/streamed like 20%
