if they counted that, imagine all the spam... I mean... set up a bot to use TOR as a proxy, there are 2500 (roughly) tor exit-nodes... so... you could potentially run and get 2500 incomplete downloads a day. that on some hosts could be up to $100... No host will count incomplete downloads due to this
turbobit.net and filemac.com pays for incomplete downloads.
I haven't tried filemac and remember that turbobit has disabled the option of file downloading for users from the United States.
To be perfectly honest, I'm surprised any file host can afford to pay out the way they are advertised. The model simply doesnt work for the small players.
And this incomplete download count... that's just a file host waiting to be scammed.
