Cannot change ISP's, they have a monopoly in place and im on a contract. There is no better plan, I pay for unlimited bandwidth - 70$ a month and I go over my limit almost every month.Change ISP, or buy better, flat package
Well, to start my ISP throttles my speeds if I go over 10GB of bandwidth so my question is:
Will a VPN bypass my bandwidth limit? While using a VPN will it still use my bandwidth?

I have called tech support, spoke with a manager, and spoke with the presidents office and they all said the same thing "We throttle our users who exceed the limit to ensure quality service to all of our customers"Unlimited bandwidth is not a problem, ask them why are they throttling the speed for 70$...wow, even here, for 70$, you can get 40mbit flat...damn
How can that possibly do the trick of saving bandwidth for you???
Yes it will, but it depends on the type of connection: udp, tcp, icmp, etc. and the port u will be using if it's blocked by ur ISP.
