Give me some feedback about my semi-custom wordpress theme...
what should i add ,change etc?

looks like a plain wp skin with crap logo I would suggest you to change the logo , header , footer I.e make it more fancy and good looking

Already told you, for start level up the sidebar and the posts box and I'd personally put search way right so it's blank - Katz - RSS - search

^ Well if it is for your personal use then it is ok. O/w for distribution purpose categories are must.

^the sidebar supports widgets so theres no point to add categories on preview LOL
