Feedback for non paid services?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to clear up a few things with iTrader feedback i am unsure of.
I was wondering if you are allowed to leave feedback for someone who
provided a much needed service free of charge or to help out.

Scenario #1: If someone makes a request thread, for example, "Logo
needed please help", And I design a logo for them free of charge, am
I entitled to itrader feedback considering I provided a service?

Scenario #2: Rick requests Graphic's services, in exchange he is
offering Coding services. I provide him with the gfx services he
needed but i currently do not require coding services, so i let him
know that in the future i will need his services but not right now. Am i
eligible for an itrader rating? and if the answer is no. If i accept his
coding services in return for services rendered 2 weeks later am i then
eligible for itrader rating?

I would appreicate a reply from someone who is 100% aware of the iTrader
rules. Thanks in advance. :P

Scenario 1: No, if you give away anything or provide services free of charge, you are not eligible to leave iTrader feedback. Feedback can only be left for services which are not free of charge.

Scenario 2: For your first question; no, as you have not successfully traded your services etc. Once you have both traded your services/items etc, you can then go ahead and leave iTrader rating.

Well I am also clear with this. Thank you hawk.

So we should not even leave positive remarks on the person who is giving free facebook likes or twitter followers. Well i did already to someone :'(
