i was thinking of say having a TV show name on the main page, that links to the 2nd page with the season and episode links to click on

This would be like a page of other pages, where every page has it's own categories. It's possible currently to create a custom page, then add a link to it from the main page.

I was looking at this multiple pages thing, and figured it's easier to make a separate website for every new page, than
manage all of them from a single place.
