Hard to choose. Naughty Dog did great with Uncharted series that i played, also Electronic Arts did a miracle on games like NFS or Battlefield, also famous "EA sports it's in the game" saying every time along with the guy who says it!
Also Activision...

Naughty Dog are extremely creative while Activision reaches its enjoyment plateau too fast. SCE and ND for me.
If you had codemasters up there I would choose theme as well.
