Fatal Error

Today when I try to reply a PM message I get this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in  .../public_html/cache/queue.php  on line 3

Yesterday it was working just fine :s

Can any1 help me to fix this?

I don't know why it is happening but you can try adding this line :

set_time_limit(60);

after the <?php in the file

public_html/cache/queue.php

but I would like to see lines 1 - 15 if it doesn't work.

Add this to ur forum_path/common.php file

if (ini_get('max_execution_time') < 120) {
set_time_limit(120);
}

As you know we don't receive any support from PhpBB, they ask everything about your site so they dont support warez sites.

Yeah, if sending a PM took more than 30 seconds, there is no reason why you would want to allow it to take over a minute, unless for debugging purposes.

They will give you support if you dont tell them you have a warez site just set up a test board on a test domain and pretend your a nublet

Yes but they have a form we all have to fill in order to receive support, if I fill it they will know

he just said to set that line to allow more time to execute. Are you on a dedicated or shared? VPS? this could be something unrelated to your site.

Simply the issue is somethign is slowing ur site down, at least some pages, and php runs out of time to run. If you can start by rebooting the server.
