True, 6 years ago Facebook was still an effective marketing tool for adult niches. I doubt if until now you can still take advantage of Facebook. Now, they got wiser and banned links like adult dating. So, chances are you'll just get banned.

I think you can post SFW images with watermarks to your adult sites. Linking SFW images with NSFW urls are going to get caught sooner or later.

it's going to get caught if someone report it. Choose your audience.. don't just post nsfw stuffs everywhere..

not everyone in facebook is willing to see this adult thing in there timeline...so they will report for abuse..that will be not very good for the advertiser..so choose wisely and advertise brilliantly...thanks...

Yea you can promote your adult sites from facebook but it won't last because some users report your links and that's why facebook banned your account or page.
