I have contacted AlertPay regarding banning Extabit and this is what they said :

Our records don't show Extabit to have ever submitted their website for review. We have just recently changed our review process now making it necessary for merchants to submit a website for review before being able to utilize an AlertPay check our page.

my first day uploading to extabit...1011 dls... with 75 KB/s free dl speed, but without a single sale? hard to believe.. is sale counted instantly or after 24 hours?
i am at 50%/50%

I think there is seriously something wrong with sales count. Unless DLs mostly come from leech sites then that would explain

In the past we registered at alertpay and passed all review to accept and send payments.
When we've moved the money for the partner's payout to Alertpay through the Wire,they have banned our account.
All the money at the account have been "Frozen".And they won't be avaliable for 180 days.
