Your server was always online.
You should protect yourself from DDOS atacks.

Are these server DMCA Proof ( For Hosting Movie,Game Files)
Is the bandwidth unlimited.

I just bought my server from them. I bought the LUxs one. The support has been awesome. The main reason I was looking for a new server provide because the support was not good of my past server provider. These guys have been doing a good job with support and everything is going great for me.

What is not allowed
- Scam Sites (ex: Ebay/Paypal,CC/Password Scam sites)
- Mailbombers or any sort of spam sites
- Phishing Sites
- Child Porn Sites
- Spam email
- IP spoofing
- Netscan / Hack programs and archives
- Malicious Scripts (ex: originate DDoS attacks or hack attempts)
- Botnet/Doorway/Carding
- Flooding
- Anything than can result in Spamhaus listing
