Well you are online daily. Afaik resubmitting links doesnt take years. You had enough time in 2 weeks but you didnt do it.

Well you can have projects priority over your promise....does chatting in Wj also come above ur promises in priorities??

Why wasn't the submission time limit agreed beforehand. And if it was agreed at the time of sale agreement, both parties must comply them.
Anyways Elio hasn't scammed anyone to date, and this case doesn't sound scam to me, rather its just a mismanagement.
 
i havent been chating on wj much lately tbh , and yes im online all the time that doesnt mean im here or free , 2nd yes it takes a lot to resubmit because those links were resubmited a long time ago id have to dig old threads and make sure the links are still up and so on

How HARD is it to submit some threads? Not that hard, right?

I doubt you're working on your "projects" 24/7, you could easily submit the links again.

Also, how come you're submitting other threads? Aren't you busy with your "projects"? You could also get your partner to submit his threads if you're too busy.

Eliø, I am not calling you a scammer, but this is all your fault.
This drama wouldn't be here if you spent like 10 minutes submitting the links.

Well tbh when I asked you in PM today I would have given you more time. You just replied with arrogance & with "I dont care" attitude. When I asked you for money which I think I deserved you said you dont care about anything & is not scared of WJ. I dont want you to be scared of Wj either. I just wanted to let Wj know about ur business promises & ur attitude after making a deal.

i know its the principal and not the money wf09, but elio will get around to it, he's just busy. I know this because i work with him on icSnap and i too am waiting for him to finish so i can release icSnap v2. You just gotta wait. Its nigh on impossible to drop what your doing when your in the middle of a project. You forget where you are, what your doing, what you were intending on doing, etc.. I do the same man, ask anybody, if im busy im busy and thats it, i wont budge until im done.

You know I respect you Jay. Anyways he asks me to wait for 2 weeks & then reply with arrogance & as already said "I dont care" attitude. You can read the difference in language of my & his replies. He should have thought of all that b4 making promise. Shouldn't he?

I also remember you not coming online or not replying when you was busy creating MPB after the not so successful v2.0.

but surely this is not the way to talk with people.

If he took the 10 minutes a day he spent on WJunction and invested that into submitting instead of chatting with douches in the shoutbox, this could of been done, 2 weeks ago.
 
my suggestion @warezfreak
i know you are not after 10$,he is not ready to give back more than 10 and you cant give his account back now...
so give him some more time for resubmission as he is busy now
you can reopen the same thread otherwise?
also ''Mini Scammer''is not a perfect title for this thread...

I threatened you? I was in more loss if I opened this thread. Your replies have been same over the last two weeks. Its not just today or yesterday. You thinks since you are trusted on WJ you can get away with anything.

Bottom Line: You cant keep your promise...we couldn't agree upon a return amount. You said it will be fine if we let the WJ people decide on that. I m just doing the same. Letting WJ know & letting them decide.
