eclipse project not working

hello,

i downloaded a project from here

it is written made in my eclipse so please tell me instruction how to build this project as an application as i dont know how to run eclipse i tried but can not do i need it to submit project in my college so please help me if u can just build this project so that i open file and this project open as an app that will be very helping for me .

so please help me i need it urgent
