ecatel vs worldstream

This is basically ALL for speed. I have a server management company that will do all my support (except for reboots)

Which one is has the faster network speed back to the states. Both have pretty good up time. I just want to know which one you people think is faster. I tested a speedtest file from ecatel and got 76kb/s and one from Ws and got 1.2mb/s which i know the EC one is wrong or just on a bad server.

Ecatel are slower by far, out of 100mbit you will most likely get 30mbit (tts half duplex so its out of 50mbit)

Worldstream have good support and are faster, go Worldstream
 
Well I can max my work connecion (30mbit) from my loaded worldstream server, where as I only got 100kb/s on a gbit connection at ecatel. Now im on a 100mbit at worldstream.

They suck and my country's computer crime unit went to their DC to take some servers and evidence.

I've been with them for 6months. They suck.. Cant even install Cpanel.
 
I got a 1gigabit and 100mbit uplink (on diff servers) at Ecatel. If you want, I can hook you up with a speed test.
 
I have it ordered and its been delivered BUT because of the hosting palaces SLOWNESS i cant get my database which I back up to their shared server :( -1000000 for THP
