I hate when people say this. Contact them. There can be over a dozen reasons for this. Out of at least 1000 payments on imgkeep here are a couple reasons you may have been missed:

- you forgot your damn PayPal info. Some people are this stupid. Then I get support tickets 2 days after pay goes out calling me a scam. Use your head people
- you are a cheater and you know it!
- maybe your info got skipped in the auto excel sheet
- payment failed

...

These were not directed to you. Just saying there may be a number of reasons.

When a user hits cash-out that is when the account is checked for cheating. They probably even look through referral hits where you are sending views from. They then would compare it to their TOS. I don't imagine they would just ruin their rep for $6.70.
