I promised a review so here it is!

While loading the site, it took a bit of time. The site does not have a favicon, I guess its under process or still needs to be designed, It would be nice if you had one. The logo is really simple and empty, try adding a few more things, maybe an pirate, skull or a slogan under it. While viewing the guest section I saw a ''Direct Download'' links, I wouldn't think katz would allow that but ask them. You can also take the powered by vbulletin off from the titles. The register now is VERY simple and seems dull. I wouldn't register if I saw that. Try to make it more creative instead of a few words pulled up together and thrown on the site. Something like Register Now to gain FULL access to Apps, Games, Movies section which is FULL of latest downloads....you get the message. :) However the read/unread images are awesome I love 'em. For security purposes you may want to rename the /admincp directory, tbh you can do that later if you want when the site becoms BIG :D The description of the forums are too little, you need to be more descriptive. It's like someone done the job so fast they don't give a sh*t. Overall I'd give it a 7/10. Thanks.
 
The favicon will be made shortly, the logo, icons & register now images have been chaged. Also the direct download links will stay as those pages are not submitted to katz. The admincp directory doesnt need to be changed either lol. Anything else?
 
The register now image when it turns white it does not look good, change the white to something else. Also the site's looking good now 10/10
