If you do not wish to use your service anymore, please open a cancellation request by following these steps:

1. Visit this link: http://dotvps.net/portal/clientarea.php?action=products
2. Select the Icon next to the service you wish to cancel
3. Scroll down and select Cancellation Request

and after remove the vps you not give same vps we have you change it to other ip
and diffrent specification right

why not use same ip same node ?

No, I'm not a staff of DotVPS nor am I affiliated with this company in any way.

I'm just proving a point here. If you want your data and other aspects to be handled by Tier 3 support, you have to pay more than you currently are. As Jack already said, he's doing it as a hobby. Adding to that, WHCMS had a separate button for terminating a service. It's there for a reason.

Backup, backup, backup. I just can't ever stop repeating that. Lesson learned for you, I hope.
 
And No you got the standard promo code with 100GB since then we decreases the disk space on standard but you will get 100GB back.
