its not hard to understand. doodstream pays his payment exchanger with bitcoins and the payment exchanger pays the money to the uploaders per paypal,webmeoney,bitcoin and else.

bitcoin rate is low => doodstream dont want to pay beacuse they must pay more bitcoins for the same dollar values
 
80% of the files were 300-400 MB in size. to use 3000 GB I would have to have many more files
