We have received messages from some users that are getting low speeds from Fileserve.

We have done tests and you can see below.

As you can see, with the first file was obtained good speed from 3 countries different while with the second file was obtained very bad speed.

In conclusion, depending on the server that sends the file, the speed varies, same for the upload.

We will not give money back for this because it's not our problem.

Please read our terms of use, money back guarenteed is only applicable for server downs or others server problems.

So please do not send more support tickets to report this problem because we cannot do anything, we do not belong to fileserve.

For download or upload to RS I recommend you Netherland servers, from USA does not get good speed from filehosts in Europe.

if i use NL server,what about other file host download/upload speed e.g HF,FS?
i already buy a USA server..
can i change to NL server becoz i'm 5* site uploader and RS is really needed..
 
@ dakra: man, i am using NL server but still i got the low speed rates, btw i thought it will be the USA servers that will be down this time? i can't access my RL.

EDIT: ok i just saw that i am in USA server????? i selected NL, how come? anyways, how to change my server to NL?
 
Want to order but the order page is not in english, I already tried switching it from spanish to english but it only translate some parts of the page and not the whole page.

Even google chrome doesn't translate the page

We not have more slots availables in Netherlands.
Why you can not access? try enter with the IP or open a support ticket.

upload/download is not realy fast
special download, my max speed from fileserver is 3258kb/sec

think theres a fault with fileserve because there site takes ages to even work
usly when speeds are like that if fileserve are overloaded which i reckon they are
