When i had my satellite forum , i always had 99.99$ / 299.99$ subscription to privite support and never had any problems.
 
In short, the answer is no.

As soon as PayPal find out about it, they will permanently limit your account holding your money for 180 days, and which then you can receive a cheque. When I say permanently, I mean permanently, they do not care what type of account you hold, or how much money you possess in it.

I've had about 4 PayPal accounts locked now, and I've just given up.

If there is a donation button on your site (even if it leads to an external domain), and they find it, they will lock your account.

I've removed the donations options from WarezScene.

In future, I may offer it just through people PM'ing me for the address. That provides a tiny layer of security.

Just heard about money bookers , but my frnd said they are'nt good, any opinions one..

or google cashout!!
 
I too had at least 5-6 paypal accounts shut down, due to somebody reporting it to Paypal. Easy way is to get people to PM you OR use some other online payment system.. although that may be a bit hard since everybody had a Paypal account. There are some other alternatives though, that are well known. Take a look at this list.
