Does SnelServer ignore DMCA?

No1 is going to ignore the dmca (Yes unless they are less), eventually you will need to deal with it Or sacrifice your data.

For that, you can try out Russian DCs, as they tend to ignore the reports, but will comply with other legal steps though

There seems to be some positive reviews about SnelServer with most NL providers they'll ignore USA DMCA however Snelserver doesn't ignore DMCA

No one will ignore DMCA, Because when they do they will receive a fine or they will be held responsible in some cases. There are some which are lax with DMCA but they will not ignore, And even when they do it is a matter of time they will shut you down.

I suggest you to make back-up on another server Just in case something like that might happen.

SnelServer isn't actually a data center, although they do operate there own network.

Anyhow back on topic! - They can't ignore it, but like many of providers they'll simply forward the request to the end server user.
