Obviously if you have to ask that, you are with a crappy host, or your internet just sucks and you should just stop trying to host things.

woo easy. no need to get angry. He's just saying if it's slow maybe you should consider moving however if he hosted you before and it was slow you may have some errors in your code that's making it so slow.

It took over 20 seconds for content to appear and over 30 to fully load for me. It's not that heavy a skin so you may need to get someone to look at your coding.

I'd suggest you create a new folder and do a fresh install of vb. Then add the database and compare the loading times of a clean install with default skin with your existing site. That will give you a lot more info and the cause of the problem.

Second, if my hosting didn't handle your site, then there is obviously something wrong with your site.
