Does Filepost ban Affiliate who repeatedly violates their TOS because of repeated copyright infringement?

one guy has been banned...
afaik he uploaded 9TB in 3 days... all movies (hollywood)... I dunno I would say use for pr0n bollywood, appz games etc... and just avoid hollywood movies ^^ I dunno man... only one person, they have paid me over $2000 so far and counting at over $50/day so...

Well, DMCA reported files are removed, i guess if a user abuses more often , then ban might come
