Filebase is mainly a stream host, but you can also upload other Files. They pay 1€/1000.
Since they got kicked from a major streaming site I don't use them any more.

If it is your first request, then will probably receive soon, but wouldnt stick with them after that. As seen below, they never payed after first 2, request still pending for 1 year. support never answered.. so said goodbye to filebase
