Dont undertand this Topic Question its running better as ever before seems some People should not try new Hosters.Stay on the Old ones that are Trusted for years now.

^A "perfectly legitimate" website wouldn't pay for fake facebook likes, fake facebook friends, add fake donations and above all, use fake info and proof to reach its goal. ;)

i dont steal from anyone and if they successfully and shutdown all hoster
i will continue with free hosting =)
 
Mods and admins from the assumption should be neutral and not take positions in public discussions, but only to keep order in the forum, set limits, rebuke, etc.
Agreeing to and accepting their positions, must reckon with the fact that their private, often subjective opinions should keep to themselves, to avoid accusations of bias or hypocrisy.

And I've a strong feeling that some of them, intentionally publishing their personal opinion such as aversion to filehosters and to people using such services, thus fueling even more futile discussions.
 
What i don't understand is here a moderator works for wjunction. Is that correct? And wjunction create income by putting "filelockers'" banners and ads on this website and you continue to say that you do not endorse filehosts and back up these "content owners" Im quite sure you pay every stuff you use coz you have the tremendous respect for content makers. Don't you think you contradict with this the more you keep saying that?
 
I believe it'll be normal after some days. :) We just share warez stuff and I'm sure at least nobody here owns that stuff which are being shared on forums and portals e.g. Movies, softwares, musics, tv shows etc. I don't know why "Content Creator" of stupid things are crying here. Go and cry anywhere else. ;)

I'm also tired of the "your business model is dead", or "your product sucks, that's why nobody will pay anything for it". I find it ironic that you're using this supposed "dead" business model to make money yourselves... with my content. And I also find it quite ironic that you're telling me my product sucks, while stealing it.... and selling it. How about walking into a store, stealing everything off the shelf... and standing at the entrance of the store with a sign that says "Everything 90% off." and when the business owner comes out to kick your asses... you tell him "your business model is dead", and that he needs to "innovate" and "make a better product that people are willing to pay for."

And here's something I've always wanted to know; If I'm not able to make a living with the content I'm creating... and you guys are making billions from it's distribution without compensating content creators... how exactly do you think your piracy business is sustainable in the long-term? Think I just get up in the morning and say to myself "Synergize... let's start this day off right by creating some MORE awesome content for all the uploaders at WJunction to pilfer!"

What do you think happens when someone goes to Google and searches for "search term" and sees "search term 800mb AVI on RapidShare"? Have you ever known anyone who has told you "man, that video was so f***g awesome! I'm going to go PAY for that video even though I already watched it." Nobody says that.

So until you guys start operating in a way that benefits everyone, and stops f***g the entire media creation industry... we're not going to stop coming after you. We're going to have your billing shut off, and your links pulled.

And before you say it... None of the file lockers paying for uploads or paying for downloads are DMCA compliant. There is no "safe harbor" or "fair use" for thieves.

Well guess what, put all your time, effort and money to crusade your anti-piracy mission. At the end of the day, you will still fail. Nothing can stop piracy not even the US government, this is the absolute fact which you need to face. If your don't like people to infringe your copyright, then quit this industry.

Speaking of God, I think you are the one who acting like God to bring down all filelockers. Just because a small group of pirates hide some stolen content in their servers, this doesn't mean their entire operations are illegal. Even kids know that all filelockers are DMCA compliant. Calling them "Haven for Copyright Infringement" stuff like that, they're gonna sue you for defamation soon.

If you ask me, stopfilelockers should try to get Google down.
Did you know they have a Google Drive which people can use to store their private files online as a backup? Yeah, you probably knew that, you're smart enough.

But maybe, just maybe you didn't know you could share those files with others? Maybe stopfilelockers should investigate Google, and start bringing Google down for storing and sharing files. :)):)):))

Only one thing can stop File Hosters & that is "Peopel"

the Uploaders give Peopel what they want to Download/Watch
why Youtube is so popular ? because it's giving peopel everything what they want to watch

every body has seen in youtube that Videos for exemple "Rihanna " "Eminem" etc ... have more than 10.000.000 Views und some other videos more than 50.000.000 Views!

in Rapidshare we find sometimes some Files who have over 50.000.000 Downloads don't ask me wich files


Rapidshare never pay Uploaders for Uploading but they still Uploading & Rapidshare is still N°1
not forget about Mediafire


why the Government doesnt stop Rapidshare & Mediafire ? this 2 has more stuff than any other File Hoster with Affiliate!

Adding a file host banner to your site and making $ from it is totally legal, uploading copyright files and earning from them isnt, dont get the two confused and stop crying :)) , Wj makes money from advertising as any webmaster does

but they pay for views and suscribers :D I see hundreds of guys earning from gameplays, music, movies, etc.
 
Filehosting is still working as normal, but the big problem is paypal with frozing accounts and that's the reason that nobody wants to take the risk to run a profesional filehost like filesonic or fileserve because of this problem so I think they should use processors not based in US like webmoney or moneybookers and all things will be fine
