Moneybookers will deposit small amounts like paypal to verify your credit card. without verifying you cannot use the credit card but you can still use moneybookers balance to purchase.

Moneybookers doesn't do deposit, they are charging your credit/debit card with amount from $1.01 to $2.99 and everything you need is to check that transaction and verify correct amount of money they charged you.
