It takes a little while. Search engines, google is particular, can take a long time to start sending you traffic. You will maxamize your results however WITH vbseo.

Heck, look at DDL sites. (which use the similar techonlogy - rewrite)
Undernation for example had been up for a couple of years before he begun to receive amazing traffic.

It helps Google identify what keywords to identify you as.
ie, what would define you more? "showthread.php?t=1" or "/movies-xxx/st0nes-private-pr0n-collection-hidden-from-wife.html"
