I've had some serious issues with them the last 2 days.
So I visit my site early one morning and it says I've been suspended, my initial thought was "wow what the fuck", because I had been following all their little rules.. bla bla bla, I had NO payments due, so I open a support ticket asking basically what the fuck is going on, and it took them hours to reply (soo much for 24/7 support huh?)

Black listed a clients IP are you fucking KIDDING ME? You cant even make up an excuse for that. They claim their a "Company" yet they cant even manage their servers correctly. What a joke.

And now finally.. several hours AFTER both of the above:

And I've yet to have any replies from those tickets. I don't give a damn about a 50 cent charge, like seriously, its the fact that I was totally not informed and got booted because they don't have their fucking shit together, now everything is held up because of this. Only reason why I got this crappy shared hosting was because I needed a temporary place to have my site while I looked for a REAL host that isn't run by total amateurs. If you're being serious about buying shared hosting, don't get it from these morons.

Your IP got blocked by some IPT based firewall(Like CSF) for opening too much connections to the server or login failures to cPanel, FTP or Webmail. It happens.
 
I've seen TheHosting.me owner in other Forums, he is a good person, but one person isn't enough to Run a "Big Hosting Company around WJ"
 
Okay since its not obvious enough for you people;

-Why say you have 24/7 support when it takes 6 or 7 hours to respond to a ticket.
-Why boot a client for not paying when they havent even been notified that you owed a certain a mount
-Why the fuck would you boot somebody over 50 cents? It's pathetic. Not only did they claim I owed them it, they didnt even tell me until it was too late!

I could go on for another hour. Anyways, I hope most of you get the frustration this has caused, I'm done with this thread. Just keep this in mind if you're contemplating going with them.
 
It is not really the amount that is playing a role it is just the principle. If he has lets say 50 customers paying $.50 cents then thats $25 a month.

Also, it does look like he uses WHMCS which would send you automatically a email about the invoice being due. I`d check your spam folder it should have sent you something.
