So thanks to you.. he wrote a script.. that took time (even if it's not much - it doesn't matter shit! you go work somewhere 2 hours for "fun" without getting paid, while you was under the impression you would - good luck!), and now he also has to modify the script, AND bother to sell it somewhere, which also takes more time? ..

I think the conclusion that should be here is for DJ to just pay him, i dont think its a big amount right.. Since you are the one who odered the custom script.

If it was a nulled script or something just to get it for you then it would be a different case, why are u guys arguing over a small amount of money? DJ i think just pay him and close this discussion.

Firstly and most importantly, IF the incident did not take place on wJ then unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. Secondly, he did not take money from you.

Thirdly, and this is my personal opinion of the subject: You dont go around asking people to work for you and then refuse to pay or take the completed work. If you changed ur mind, didnt have time, couldnt tell him, whatever, you still made a verbal agreement to carry out work. You didnt pay the man for the work. Its not scamming, agreed, but it is not good practice to establish a good working relationship.

I would suggest both parties take this as a lesson learned. mRAza, i hope you are able to make use of the script in the future and redeem your hard work at a later date.
