Can you post the screenshots of where he actually said he's buy it from you and agreed-ed a price with you?

Was it just a case of him saying "oh ya i'd be interested if you made me that" or a case of "if you make me the script I'll give you $XXX via Paypal".

Also can you post screenshots or a link to the original post on WJunction where he's offering to buy the script. Remember if it's something that was decided or agreeded on MSN it's not WJunctions responsibility and this topic will be closed very very soon.

Also your behavior is showing that you are in desperate need of money because once even esotorisk had told maz to make a custom theme that takes even more time but then he refused it as he didnt like it but maz never called eso a scammer

Ok, that is fine i understand but since its a custom script that he made for u, and since u didn't get time to contact him i don't think he needs not to be paid for the job done.

Since he has done it for you i guess just finish with him, if the script has any issues then you have the right not to buy it as it is not done the way you wanted it.

He didnt promised to buy the script at any mean also he didnt say he wont buy it from you, thing is he went busy in travelling and he could not contact you for that and in this he got someone who made the script in the mean time also you said that it doesnt takes much time to do the work.
Then why mraza your creating such threads saying that DJ is a scammer.
Just point it out where he scammed you and I will pay you the money.
Remember taking some article in lieu for money and not paying is said to be SCAM.
