Disable Negative Reputation

I think we should disable it, becuase if you decide to give negative reputation to someone they might get mad or cry and start spamming.

Why would anyone want to go around spreading negativity? It's simply unneeded, should be scrapped if you ask me.

It should be there but rules should be made for rep abuse.

neg rep importance in some way is that when the person sells something, then the person interested in buying can see his reps history and decide what type of person seller is. If his product is not good then someone will negative rep him so another person can be saved from falling prey to his/her product.

No. I am against removing negative rep. It is good to have negative to make the users realize their mistakes and they might not repeat them again ? Why remove negative rep and have only positive rep ? Doesn't make much sense then...

i disable it for regular members, and enable it for "ranked members" - if they have been awarded a rank, they should be mature enough to use it accordingly.
