Added after 1 Day 10 Hours:

UPDATE:
All clients on the US Based server have been removed for overdue invoices.

Our servers are now located in NL, and if you want to re-sign on the NL SERVER, Our Min Plan is 3.95 per month.
If for some reason, you were suspended or terminated and you know that your invoice was not overdue, please submit a ticket to receive a compensation.

All sites that did not pay there invoices have been terminated. We did a clean up of the server.

If your invoice was still in date, we will refund you, you need to submit a ticket.
 
snowflakes, can you pls. answer the complaints of those people.. You said in the 1st page trash DMCA emails, and now you are suspending websites because of DMCA? can you explain more about this? I am planning to buy a plan if still this host is offshore..
 
Wiresaw, We are not suspending accounts due to DMCA, we are suspending accounts of users who have not paid theres monthly invoices "which is fair enough".

With regards, to DMCA suspensions, all new clients who sign up, go onto our Brand New Netherlands Server which is offshore. The clients who got suspended earlier, were on a US based server.
 
so if I order a plan in your netherlands server and then DMCA complaints about my site, what will you gonna do?

BTW, Is there a promo right now?

But I want to know more about your host.. Is there a money back guarantee? Is private RL still okey to host? how about private torrentflux? How about the uptime? Is there a compensation if you got lots of downtimes? Thanks...
