Hiring Designer

Looking to hire a designer for an advanced CSS/XHTML design.

Needs to be proficient in HTML, jQuery and CSS (2 & 3 -- 3 as enhancements to fallback nicely for older browsers)

Please post screenshots/portfolio. Design job is a big one, don't reply unless you got the time, skills and experience.
