design phpbb theme?

does anyone or can anyone design a phpbb3 theme for my forum?

there are themes out there but i want a unique one if so PM me or reply here

You could just edit an existing one - thats not so hard then it would be unique

ok, as I said I was just curious as I'm in the market for a good host I was going to go with WRZHost but it looks like they don't take paypal
