Hiring design basic but stylish html family guy design

im looking for a basic but stylish html design for a family guy website...i would like to be able to edit this easily to make a simpsons and american dad theme aswell

what would the price be to be able to do it

you should go with a blog. It would be easy for you to edit the css files and replace say the background or logo background images with themed images.

ok do you know any good cheap designers.....i know cheap and good dont usually go together well but just trying to save as much as possibly can
