Guys, my another ac was banned yesterday, BUT Halileo replied that i can return my lost money on it if my new account will not have any abuse warning till the first payment request ))
Advise you to write to Halileo support if smbd has banned accounts for copyrights.
 
My account was also terminated / banned today morning, because I had 80+ DMCA. Fortunately I didn't have any money on it. However I had about 4000 U-point which were lost now. What do you think, if I contact the administrators will my lost U-points be transferred to my new account, similarly to your money that luckily has been?

Just for safety one have to note / record those removal codes in a text file or html document which are generated for every file when uploading is finished, and has form like "http://dfiles.eu/rmv/9861565158611075". With those removal codes you will be able to remove your files from your old / orphaned account without logging in. Just in case. Otherwise people keep downloading your uploaded files, and you will not be able to get any money for them, unless you upload and share just for fun.

No need to, just file dispute to delete all files on account.
